  1. Data are presented as numbers (%) of patients, by age group. The rates of microorganism are related as the number of patients with any pathogen identified. Values for mixed infections are included in those for each of the infecting organism.
  2. Others bacteria included Escherichia coli 4 cases, Stafhylococcus aureus 2 cases, Enterococcus faecalis 1 case, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 1 case, Morganella morganii 1 case.
