  1. The intervals ≥ 3.0 log [CFU/ml] for bacteria and ≥ 1.0 log [CFU/ml] for fungi were assessed according to the criteria of the EN ISO 14729 Stand Alone Test [47]. The intervals ≥ 5.0 log [CFU/ml] for bacteria according to the criteria of the norms EN 1040 [58], EN 13727 [59] and EN 1276 [60] and ≥ 4.0 log [CFU/ml] for fungi according to the criteria of the norms EN 1275 [61], EN 13624 [62] and EN 1650 [63] were assessed.
