  1. CNS = coagulase negative Staphylococcus, MRSA = Methicillin-resistant S. aureus.
  2. ¶ 5 CNSs were isolated from hemocultures, of which 2 had endocarditis, 1 catheter related bloodstream infection.
  3. # 2 urinary infection and 1 operative site infection with P. aeruginosa.
