Percent plaque area relative to uninhibited virus (100) is shown for virus-plasma combinations where 50, 75 and 90% inhibitory concentrations (IC50, IC75 and IC90) could be determined. The plaque size of the same virus-plasma combinations at different IC values are connected. Statistically significant differences are indicated according to Friedman’s test and Dunn’s Post Test, **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001.
