  1. Multivariate logistic regression models were used to estimate adjusted odds ratio (AOR) for TB as the dependent variable. Either Phadiatop (ImmunoCAP class 0–2 and class 3–6) or reported allergies were included in the analyses as independent variables together with visible BCG scar and smoking.
