Panel a shows the correlation of IgG ELISA OD and IFA titers. The correlation co-efficient for IgG was 0.478 for Pearson and was 0.729 for Spearman (p < 0.0001). Panel b shows the correlation of IgM ELISA OD and IFA titers. The correlation co-efficient for IgM was 0.650 for Pearson and was 0.765 for Spearman (p < 0.0001).
