Reactivity of rOmp2a with sera from experimental infection in mice. Reactivity of rOmp2a with sera from mice experimentally infected with B. melitensis 16 M, BR31 (Human clinical isolate), B. abortus S19 and Y. enterocolitica, and control mice treated with PBS only. Blood was collected from all groups after 15, 30 and 60 days. Data are presented as the A490 of a 1:100 dilution of serum. Each bar indicates the average standard deviation of triplicate samples. Asterisk indicates statistical significance, determined by Student’s t test. A P value of _0.05 was considered significant (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01. ***P < 0.001)
