  2. aN refers to the total number of patients included in all multivariable analyses for whom information on all predictors and outcomes was available. 24 patients (23 adults – 1 child) were excluded from univariable and multivariable analyses because of missing values for ALC
  3. Limited sample size in the pediatric subset limited the number of predictors which could be included in multivariable analyses for the outcome LRTI (−)
