Chest X-ray image (A, B, C and D) and chest CT image (F, G and H) of the thorax. 10 days before admission to our hospital (clinical day 3), the chest images revealed sub-segmental infiltration in the right lower lobe, which enlarged to bilateral lower lung field from clinical day 7 to 14. After switching the antibiotics, the chest images improved until clinical day 16
