A/Environment/Fujian/85144/2014(H1N8) and A/Brisbane/59/2007(H1N1) were inoculated into MDCK cells with or without TPCK-treated trypsin (2 μg/ml) at 37 °C overnight. Both viruses produced clear plaques with trypsin present, while no plaques were produced without trypsin
