Summary of results when animals immunized with different formulations were infected with M. tb H37Rv. In a, variations in the weight ratios at 130 days post infection are shown. There was some additional gain in the weight of MEAP/BEAP immunized animals. b shows the survival in different groups. Immunization by all the formulations leads to nearly 100% survival. The mycobacterium load, shown as log (cfu), in the lung and the spleen of animals at 16 weeks post infection among different groups are shown in (c and d)
