The prevalence of organ specific disease manifestations (nasopharyngitis, conjunctivitis, enteritis) and presumed bacterial complications (pneumonia, otitis media, Group A Streptococcus tonsillitis) was statistically similar (P = NS) in influenza positive (N = 121) and influenza negative (N = 134) patients
