We observed the phenomneon of obvious change of clinical features of children infected with enterovirus and a notable change of enterovirus serotype constituent ratios in Guangdong province, China during 2010–2013, which suggested that change of enterovirus serotype constituent ratios might be responsible for the phenomenon of obvious change of clincial features of children infected with enterovirus
