A Computed tomography dynamic monitoring series: pulmonary lesions (the middle lobe of the right lung and the upper lobe of the left lung), lymphadenopathy (hilus and mediastinum), worsening of lung lesions before antifungal therapy, and obvious absorption with regular antifungal and antibacterial regimen use. B Emission computed tomography: significantly increased uptake in multiple bones including skull, sternum, multiple ribs, left iliac bone, right forearm and femur, and bilateral ankle joints.
